Project Management

For my Information Systems Project Management course, We had a semester-long project where we had to create a new information system for a fictional organization within the Lubbock area. For this project, the group had to create items such as project cost, time, HR, scope, and stakeholder management plans. In this project, I created artifacts such as:

• Gantt Charts

• Network Charts

• Projected Costs and Revenue diagram.

Along with the creation of the diagrams and charts, I was responsible for formatting the document as well as correcting mistakes within the text.

Database Design

In this project, my group and I were tasked to create a database for a store called Ridgeline Mountain Outfitters. The project aimed to create a sale subsystem and website that allowed users to interact with the online store.

This project was mainly created through the use of the Visual Paradigm software to create the diagrams and the UI design mockups. Diagrams created in this project include:

• Use Case Diagrams

• Class Diagrams

• Sequence Diagrams

• Design Class diagrams

Along with these diagrams, multiple Data models were created to demonstrate relationships between attributes found within the database.
